Salary: $110,000 – $145,000 + Allowances + Relocation Support
Location: Kalgoorlie (Residential – Home Every Night)
Roster: 5:2 | 9.5-hour days
Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role
You will work across both mine site and workshop environments, carrying out fabrication, welding, repairs, and maintenance work.
The role includes a mix of workshop fabrication and on-site mining maintenance work, including shutdown support when required.
Key Responsibilities
Welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core)
Reading and working from drawings and job specs
Workshop fabrication of structural steel, tanks, and components
Mine site maintenance, repairs, and shutdown work
Cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly work
Repairing and modifying mining and industrial equipment
Working safely in both workshop and site environments
Completing basic job paperwork (Take 5s, JHAs, timesheets)
Requirements
Trade qualification – Boilermaker / Fabricator (Cert III)
Minimum 2 years post-apprenticeship experience
Experience in mining, heavy industry, or workshop fabrication
Able to read drawings and work independently
Strong safety awareness
Confined Space & Working at Heights (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s licence (HR/LR is an advantage)
Pre-employment requirements:
National Police Clearance
Medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
