NETA Tyre & Wheels is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to help lead our Lismore branch. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service, and working in a fast-paced trade environment.

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will help run the day-to-day operations of the branch and step up when required. Your focus will be on customer service, team leadership, and making sure the branch operates safely and efficiently. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Branch Manager with daily operations

• Leading and motivating the workshop and counter team

• Delivering strong customer service and resolving issues

• Managing workflow, job scheduling, and stock levels

• Ensuring safety, compliance, and company procedures are followed

• Helping drive sales and branch performance

About you

You’ll be a practical, hands-on leader who is confident supporting a team, dealing with customers, and helping drive branch performance.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in tyres, automotive, or a similar trade environment

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role

• A customer-first attitude

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• A current driver’s licence
