We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead (SA) to strengthen and grow our service capability in South Australia.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of service performance, support technical development across the team, and drive continuous improvement to reduce repeat callouts and enhance customer outcomes.
You will play a key role in ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery as we continue to scale.
Lead and improve service delivery standards across the South Australia team
Monitor performance and drive efficiency, quality, and productivity improvements
Train, mentor, and upskill technicians across a range of lift systems
Provide hands-on technical support and guidance in the field
Attend critical and repeat callouts to diagnose root causes
Analyse service trends and implement preventative maintenance strategies
Coach technicians in advanced fault-finding and best practices
Support operational coverage by assisting with maintenance work when required
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance requirements
Competitive EBA-based remuneration

We’re looking for a safety-focused, hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for developing others.
You will bring:
Australian Electrical Licence (essential)
Lift apprenticeship or industry-recognised training (desirable)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the lift industry
Valid driver’s licence
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge of large equipment
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
Experience coaching, training, and developing technical staff
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, email, service systems)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Safety-focused and professional
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Proactive, adaptable, and curious
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
