About the Role

We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Guest Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their dealership experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. 

• Answer and direct incoming calls, taking and relaying messages accurately. 

• Manage guest enquiries and direct guests to the appropriate team member. 

• Support guest satisfaction initiatives and follow-up activities. 

• Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting reception and guest lounge area. 

• Complete general office duties including data entry, filing, and document management. 

• Assist with guest appointments, dealership events, and promotional activities. 

• Contribute to creating a positive and memorable guest experience. 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, hospitality, or a customer-facing role. 

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 

• A professional presentation and positive attitude. 

• Strong organisational and time management skills. 

• The ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. 

• A genuine passion for customer service and building relationships.
