Cleaners - Couples, Siblings or Friends welcome!

CMBM Facility Services (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning company, enjoying continued growth throughout the state.

To support our business development, we are looking for reliable Cleaners to join our team at Port of Brisbane as a couple (couples, friends, siblings) or an individual.

Details:

• Staff will start and finish each shift at the Port Office.

• A company ute (automatic) and all required equipment will be provided by Port of Brisbane.

• In case of a couple, at least one of them must hold a current Driver Licence.

Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday, 3pm – 8pm

• 30-minute unpaid break

• Commencing in July 2026

• Casual employment to start, with the possibility of becoming permanent

Key responsibilities include:

• Attendance at client sites at agreed times

• 100% compliance with all client / site rules, policies, procedures

• Providing cleaning services strictly in accordance with agreed scopes of works and Service Agreements

• Reporting on serviceability / safety of cleaning tools and equipment

• General cleaning duties as required e.g., mopping and scrubbing hard flooring and tiled areas, class cleaning, kitchen / staff facilities cleaning, toilet and washroom cleaning and consumable replenishment, emptying bins etc.

• Strict compliance with all CMBM and client's safety procedures and instruction

Requirements:

• Cleaning experience preferred but not essential

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance

• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

• Own vehicle required to travel to and from the site, as there is no public transport available

• Reliable and committed
