Offline Campers is on the hunt for a Spray Painter to join our crew building award-winning, Adelaide-made camper trailers that head off-grid and into the wild.
You’ll be working closely with our Head Spray Painter, helping deliver top-quality finishes across our camper range in a modern, well-set-up spray booth.
This is a permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week) with flexible hours to fit around life, plus hourly rate + super.
Prepping, spraying and finishing camper bodies and components
Working with aluminium, fibreglass and steel
Using 2-pac and enamel paints
Supporting the Head Spray Painter to keep the paint shop running smoothly
Taking pride in delivering a high-quality finish, every time
1–3 years’ spray painting experience (automotive experience a bonus)
Experience with aluminium, fibreglass and steel (2-pac and enamel paints are a bonus)
A solid understanding of safety and safe work practices
Happy to get physical — lifting and hands-on work are part of the job
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
A problem-solver who wants to do the job right, not just fast
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, hands-on team
A positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Junior spray painters are encouraged to apply — attitude matters just as much as experience.
Nice-to-haves (not deal breakers):
Forklift licence
Current driver’s licence
A short factory floor test will be part of the process.
