New Car Sales Consultant - Automotive Industry

Our client is a long established, multi franchised new car dealership located in the Ipswich area. They are seeking an additional Sales Consultant to join their successful sales department team. The dealership is multi franchised and offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities, a friendly working environment and an excellent income stream. A 5 day working week applies, with one weekday and every Sunday off. Saturday work is mandatory.

Applicants for this position must have current or recent dealership new car sales experience, and be seeking a long term position. You will have strong sales, closing, people handling and organisational skills, whilst having the drive, energy and motivation to maximise every opportunity.

Salary will consist of a negotiable retainer, super, commission structure and car allowance of $6500 per annum. Commission is expected to fall in the $70k to $100k range per annum and some consultants have been able to achieve a $170k commission.
