The Role:

Due to the construction workflow within LGA’s – Tweed Shire Council, Gold Coast City & Byron we are actively seeking both a Building Certifier (Level 3) & Building Inspector (Level 4) to join our client’s team.

About You & Your Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of building codes & standards
• National Construction Code & BCA 
• Self-managed to deliver outcomes to optimum timelines
• Proactive nature offering suggestions for continuous business improvement
• Strong desire to work with a focused and collaborative team 
• Ensuring work aligns with the NCC and Australian Standards
• Collaborative liaison within office, with builders and contractors onsite
• Must hold all qualifications, licences & association memberships relevant to role you apply
