Colac Toyota is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our friendly team.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and our service technicians. You'll ensure every customer receives professional, transparent, and efficient service - from booking through to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and manage service bookings in a professional, friendly manner
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding work to be carried out
• Provide accurate cost estimates and explain repair details in plain, easy-to-understand language
• Coordinate repair jobs and ensure timely completion of work orders
• Process and finalise all service documentation accurately
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

About You:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Professional, proactive, and reliable approach
• Previous experience in a similar or automotive role is an advantage, but full training will be provided
