Workshop administrator - SENT / SE national transport

We're an established transport and logistics business running our own fleet of trucks, trailers and delivery vehicles.

Our workshop keeps that fleet on the road, and we're looking for an organised Workshop Administrator to keep the office side of it running smoothly.

This is a hands-on admin role in a busy workshop.

You'll be the person making sure job cards, parts and records are accurate and up to date, and helping coordinate getting equipment in for servicing and repairs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Opening, updating and closing job cards

  • Raising purchase orders for parts and reconciling supplier invoices

  • Keeping service, registration and compliance records up to date and flagging what's coming due

  • Helping schedule vehicles in for service and repair, and liaising with our operations team to get units in

  • General workshop office admin — data entry, filing, answering the phone

What we're after:

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry

  • Organised and methodical — good at staying on top of recurring tasks

  • Comfortable on computers and office systems

  • A confident, friendly phone manner

  • Experience in a workshop, transport, automotive or similar admin role is a bonus, but the right attitude matters more

  • Advanced proficiency in computer systems and office software applications

  • Australian permanent residency status is essential for this position

There's room to grow — for the right person this role can develop into a broader scheduling and coordination position over time, with training and support.

If you're reliable, switched on and want to be part of a workshop team that takes pride in keeping the fleet moving, we'd like to hear from you.
