About the Role
  • Lead daily operations of the workshop, supporting your team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on weekly and monthly results.
  • Promote products and services using your industry knowledge.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
  • Availability to work Saturday mornings (8.00am to 12.00pm) 
  About You
  • A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry, with a strong work ethic.
  • A hands-on leader who sets the standard for exceptional service.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ current experience managing an automotive service centre (preferred).
  • Proven sales success in a customer-facing role.
  • Trade qualification is a bonus but not essential.
