Pool Service Tech & Retail All Rounder

Poolwerx Nambour is looking to add a cross trained all rounder - Mobile/Retail - to our team. This role will involve working in both our retail store and servicing pools and spas across the growing Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Hard-working professional team environment.

Do you have the applicable technical experience to:

• Test and balance water using a photometer and analytical equipment

• Manually clean residential and commercial pools and spas

• Perform essential maintenance on pools and equipment

• Carry out minor fix and repair work if and when needed

• Assist with the daily operations of the store.

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries.

• Assist the technicians with the daily running of the mobile service.

No experience - no worries! We provide full initial and ongoing training to ensure you have the skills you need to succeed in this role.

• Previous retail/technical experience is a bonus but not essential.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

• An ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.

• Happy to work by yourself each day with minimal supervision if required.

• Enthusiasm about delivering excellent customer service.

• Punctuality and reliability as your typical approach to work

• Computer skills/knowledge to perform key administration tasks during the day.

• Ability to lift at least 20kg throughout the day to move stock and assist clients.

• Available to work full time hours with the very occasional weekend to cover leave

• The friendly service-focussed work attitude and aptitude needed

• Open manual driver's license with a clean driving record
