Big Yellow are celebrating our 5-year anniversary in 2026 and this year is shaping up to be our biggest yet!

We have Dump Truck Operator positions available on Goldfields/Mid-west open cut gold mine projects. You'll could be operating our fleet of low hour dump trucks and watercarts:
  • CAT 777 & 785 / Komatsu 785 & HD1500 Trucks
  • CAT 740 / Komatsu HM400 Watercarts

We're also looking ahead for DT Operator positions that'll be opening up in July/August. So if you're planning your next move but not quite ready yet, keep reading!


What’s in it for you?
  • Up to $55/hr + Super paid on all hours worked
  • Permanent full-time contract from day 1
  • 2/1 rosters with 12 to 12.5 hour day/night shifts
  • FIFO ex Perth or DIDO options available
  • Ensuite rooms with full camp facilities provided

  • Opportunities to upskill on new equipment

What do you need?
  • 12+ months operating Komatsu or CAT rigid dump trucks – essential
  • +Watercart experience - beneficial
  • +Grader experience (+$$) - beneficial 
  • Open cut pit production mining experience - preferred
  • Experience backing under 120-200tn excavators
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Clean National Police Clearance
  • Full and unrestricted Australian working rights

Operators living in the Norseman, Leonora, Meekatharra and Mt Magnet areas (or within safe DIDO distance) are encouraged to apply.
