We service both commercial and residential builders across Perth and are proud to be a family-owned business with a strong reputation for quality and reliability.

 

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our workforce and seeking motivated Waterproofing Applicators to join our team in Perth’s Northern Suburbs (Joondalup to Two Rocks).

 

We offer industry-leading rates for experienced applicators and a paid induction program for applicants with limited or no experience.

 

About the Role

 

You will be working on residential new builds, carrying out waterproofing and silicone application works. This is a full-time role with consistent ongoing work for the right candidates.

 

About You

You are enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to build a career within the construction industry. You enjoy working independently while being supported by a fun and professional team.

You will:

Be reliable and available for an immediate or prompt start

 

Have your own reliable vehicle and an Apple or Android smartphone

 

Possess good communication skills

Be hardworking and capable of working independently on residential sites

Be motivated to learn and grow with a progressive Perth-based company

 

No experience? No problem.

We provide full on-the-job training with a paid induction at day rate, helping you become a skilled Waterproofing & Silicone Applicator.

 

Requirements

Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident or New Zealand Citizen

White Card (mandatory)

Driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
