We're currently seeking a motivated and organised Workshop Administration & Procurement Officer to join our team and provide vital support to our workshop operations.
This is a varied role that combines administration, procurement, supplier liaison, inventory support and coordination across our workshop and operational teams.

About the Role
Working closely with our Workshop Supervisor and operational teams, you will be responsible for ensuring workshop administration and procurement functions run efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing workshop-related information and records
Assist with purchasing parts, workshop consumables, PPE and other operational requirements
Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and deliveries
Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock control
Maintaining accurate procurement and workshop records
Supporting workshop administration processes and reporting requirements
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance and operational needs are met
Assisting with continuous improvement of administrative systems and procedures
About You
We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised and takes pride in getting the job done properly.
You will ideally possess:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer and administrative skills
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, resilient and hardworking attitude
A willingness to follow established procedures and ensure processes are completed correctly
Highly Regarded but Not Essential
The following experience will be highly regarded; however, candidates who do not meet all of these criteria are still encouraged to apply:
Exposure to accounts payable, financial administration or data entry
Experience with procurement or purchasing processes
Parts interpretation experience
Previous experience working within a workshop, maintenance, transport, mechanical, construction or similar environment
Knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance operations
