NSW Regional Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead and grow our multi-site operations across New South Wales.
This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership role responsible for overseeing operational delivery, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. You will play a key role in expanding the NSW portfolio, generating new opportunities through industry connections, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage multi-site operations across NSW, ensuring high-quality service delivery
· Drive a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with WHS policies and procedures
· Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects efficiently with a focus on productivity and profitability
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth
· Identify opportunities, contribute to quoting, and generate leads through industry networks
· Support the growth of the NSW portfolio and expansion of services
· Monitor labour, costs, project progress, and profit margins against budgets
· Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites
· Ensure all incidents, hazards, and near misses are reported and managed appropriately
· Prepare and communicate accurate operational and performance reports
About You
· 3+ years’ experience in a multi-site operations or regional management role
· Experience in construction, industrial, commercial cleaning, or similar environments
· Strong leadership and team development capabilities
· Proven ability to build client relationships and identify business opportunities
· Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
· Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and operational systems

Requirements
· A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
· Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
· Full working rights in Australia
