Forklift Driver

Adecco is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Forklift Driver to join their team in Lithgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and safety-conscious operator looking to secure consistent weekday hours within a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in accordance with site procedures.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product integrity and workplace safety.
• Move, stack and store materials within warehouse and yard areas.
• Assist with receiving, checking and dispatching stock.
• Complete pre-start forklift inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Follow all workplace health and safety requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse and operational duties as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Previous experience operating forklifts
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable transport and a strong attendance record.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to assist across various operational tasks.
