The Oportunity

We are looking for a mobile Service Technician to join our team based in Bassendean. This role is vital in keeping our clients' fitness equipment running smoothly, with a focus on delivering excellent service, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Whether you have previous experience or you're mechanically minded and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. We offer full training and support .

Applicants must be permanent residents of Australia living in the Perth metro area

Salary packages are negotiable and based on your experience and skills. Packages range from $60,000 to $80,000 plus Super Annuation with work vehicle provided.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of fitness equipment
Respond to service calls efficiently, providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting
Assemble and install commercial exercise equipment
Communicate clearly with customers, providing professional service and support
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and administrative tasks
Stay up to date with industry products and service procedures

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
Physical capability to move and service gym equipment.
Must hold a current unrestricted C Class (Car) WA driver's licence
-Good driving record with the ability to provide a recent driver's licence history report if requested.
- Clean or satisfactory driving history
-Ability to travel throughout the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA as required.
-Ability to drive company service vehicles safely and responsibly.
Advanced technical expertise with mechanical aptitude systems and equipment diagnostics
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Desirable:

Trade background or previous field service technician experience
Competent with Tablet & Phone
Knowledge and experience with fitness equipment
