Healthcare Security, Crowd Controllers and FIFO personnel wanted

Resolute Security Services (RSS) is a leading provider of professional security solutions across Western Australia, and we are currently expanding our team.

Our organisation delivers security services to some of Western Australia’s most prestigious assets and clients.

We are seeking experienced Security Officers and Crowd Controllers to join our team for work in the Perth metropolitan area as well as regional and remote locations throughout WA.

We are particularly looking for applicants interested in Health Care Security, both in and around the Perth CBD, and for FIFO positions in remote and regional areas.

RSS supplies Security Officers to major hospitals in the Perth CBD, as well as regional hospitals and remote health clinics across WA. These roles are demanding but highly rewarding, as you will be part of a team dedicated to the safety, health, and wellbeing of local communities.

Applicants applying for Perth-based roles only should also be willing to work across crowd control, loss prevention, and asset protection to ensure regular ongoing work opportunities.

To succeed with RSS, you must be capable of delivering customer-focused service, working independently, and maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Key Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Providing excellent service standards to ensure client satisfaction

• Health care and hospital security

• Incident and emergency response

• Crowd control

To be successful, you will:

• Be a reliable and cooperative team player

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Be proactive, motivated, and adaptable

• Hold a current Security Officer and/or Crowd Controller Licence

• Hold a current First Aid Certificate

• Have proven experience in customer service

• Be available to work on weekends.
