Roofing Supervisor & Site Inspector (commercialresidential)

Prostar Roofing is a growing roofing company specialising in residential and commercial roofing projects across Southeast Queensland.

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Supervisor & Site Inspector to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong roofing knowledge who is looking to step into a leadership role while remaining involved in site operations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising projects, conducting site inspections and check measures, assisting crews when required, and ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard.

This role also offers future career progression into estimating and project management for the right person.

About the Role

• Conduct site inspections and roof assessments

• Complete check measures and verify site dimensions

• Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors

• Monitor quality, workmanship, and site safety

• Identify defects and coordinate rectification works

• Assist with planning and coordinating roofing projects

• Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers

• Provide progress updates to management

• Assist on the tools when required

• Support estimating and quoting processes as the role develops

About You

• Minimum 5 years roofing experience

• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems

• Ability to read plans and drawings

• Experience supervising teams or subcontractors

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Current Driver's Licence

• White Card

• Working at Heights (preferred)

• EWP ticket (advantageous)

• Roofing trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
