This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Desk Consultant on a full-time basis.  Full training on our Dealer Management System and associated products is provided.

Reporting to the Service Desk & Customer Experience Manager, you will be an active member of the Service Desk Team ensuring end-to-end service excellence as well as covering the following tasks:


Key Responsibilities

  • Handling multiple channels of support enquiries, servicing our end users around Australia who operate our Dealer Management Solution within the Franchised Automotive environment.

  • Utilisation and maintenance of the knowledge base and participation in ongoing training.

  • Communicate effectively with internal & external customers through end-to-end service delivery fulfilment.

  • Capture all user interactions within our online ticketing system.

  • Identify and feedback internal and external improvement opportunities.  Have your say, improve your department.

  • Handle multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively to meet our customer’s needs.

  • Contribute as a proactive team member, improving the customer experience and contributing to the team’s success.


What you will need to succeed:

Must Have

  • Customer service skills.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to achieve within a team environment.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong work ethics and be motivated by attaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Desire to learn and develop.

  • Rights to work full time in Australia.

 
Desirable

  • Domestic and/or international travel (if required).

  • Exposure to an Automotive Dealership which may include a general understanding of the Parts, Service, Vehicle and Administration Departments and how they interrelate. A dealership accounts background would be ideal.
