Installation Electrician / Technician – Gold Coast Region

About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated Installation Electrician / Technician to join our team, servicing the Gold Coast region where you will provide in-field service work on our boiling and chilled water units.
You’ll be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of Zip Water systems across customer sites. In this hands-on field-based role, you’ll work independently, manage your workload, and ensure systems operate efficiently while delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality service to customers.
What you'll be doing::
Carrying out electrical servicing, repairs and maintenance on Zip Water systems in line with technical and safety standards.
Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues efficiently in the field.
Communicating directly with customers, providing updates and delivering a professional service experience.
Managing your own schedule and workflow to ensure timely and cost-effective job completion.
Maintaining accurate service records, job notes and customer interactions.
Ensuring your service vehicle is fully stocked, compliant and ready for daily field operations.
Supporting a high standard of safety, compliance and workmanship across all jobs.
What we’re looking for:
Experience as an Electrician / Technician in a field service or maintenance role.
Current Restricted Electrical Licence (essential).
Strong technical aptitude with experience in electrical or water systems
Strong customer service approach with clear and confident communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, can-do attitude.
High attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for Security Clearance.
