$55 - $66 Per Hour + Penalties + Bonus + Company Ute

Lindquist Electrical is looking for an experienced Leading Hand / Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team delivering commercial electrical projects across Perth’s southern and northern corridors, from Mandurah through to Ocean Reef.

We’re not looking for someone to simply manage electricians.

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical works on commercial construction projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, apprentices and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading site-based electrical teams

• Planning and coordinating daily activities

• Supervising apprentices and tradespersons

• Managing quality, safety and productivity on site

• Coordinating with builders, suppliers and other trades

• Reviewing drawings and identifying potential issues

• Assisting with project programming and delivery

• Maintaining strong client relationships

About You

To be successful, you’ll ideally have:

• WA Electrical License

• Commercial construction experience

• Previous Leading Hand or Supervisory experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to motivate and lead a team

• Strong understanding of safety and quality requirements

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Highly Regarded

• EWP, Working at Heights or other relevant tickets

• Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects

• Knowledgeable with apps and technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, Fieldwire etc.
