A highly regarded and established commercial joinery manufacturer is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its growing production team.
With a strong pipeline of high-profile commercial, hospitality, retail, education, and workplace projects, this business has built a reputation for delivering premium-quality joinery solutions across NSW.


Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery
  • Read and interpret production drawings and cutting lists
  • Load, edit, and optimise CNC programs
  • Manufacture joinery components to precise specifications
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process
  • Identify and resolve machining issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with factory and production teams to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
About You
  • Previous experience as a CNC Machinist within commercial joinery, cabinetry, shopfitting, or architectural woodworking
  • Experience operating Homag, Biesse, Weeke, SCM, Holzher, or similar CNC machinery
  • Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable work ethic and strong team mentality
  • Right to work in Australia**
