We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Service Bookings Coordinator to join our busy and supportive team based in Robina, the central booking hub for both our Robina and Nerang Service Departments.
This is more than a phone-based role. You are the first impression of our Service experience, guiding customers through the booking process with professionalism and accuracy while ensuring our Service teams are set up for a smooth, productive day.
This fast-paced position suits someone who thrives on organisation, has strong communication skills, and can confidently manage multiple systems without compromising attention to detail.
While automotive experience is highly regarded, we equally value a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to helping people.

About the role
Reporting to our Loyalty & Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and friendly experience for our customers. Your day-to-day includes but isn’t limited to:
Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls as a warm and professional first point of contact
Coordinating phone and online service bookings across internal systems
Ensuring accuracy of booking details and maintaining data integrity within our DMS
Supporting service retention activities and follow-up communication across our shared inbox
Providing administrative support to our Service Department
Working with KPIs, customer service metrics and other performance outcomes
Contributing to the positive team culture and values
What we’re looking for
Experience in a call centre, bookings and reception or dealership environment (advantageous but not essential)
Clear, professional communication skills with a friendly and confident phone manner
Strong information retention and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
A calm and solutions-focused approach when handling customer enquiries
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Adaptability when communicating with a wide range of personalities
Full-time availability (38 hours, Monday–Friday) with shift flexibility between 7am–5pm
