We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Manager to join our team and support our HVAC Division Manager. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical HVAC knowledge with leadership and organisational skills.
· Manage and lead the operations team and subcontractors.
· Schedule and coordinate the HVAC technicians across multiple client sites.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance and escalate complex issues when required.
· Oversee job quality, safety, and compliance standards.
· Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, providing regular updates to clients on job status and delays or changes.
· Maintain and build client service base.
· Ensure accurate records of service activities, assets, contracts, and maintenance schedules.
· Order parts as required.
· Assist with quoting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Strong experience in HVAC service/maintenance and commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration.
· Previous leadership or supervisory experience
· Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and quoting experience.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Highly organised with solid technical understanding of HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues and make informed service decisions.
· Team player who thrives in a positive, easy-going office environment.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Confidence using technology, job management systems, apps, and cloud-based systems. Experience with simPRO an advantage.
· Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems would be an advantage.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role, operations, or management role within a trade or service-based business.
· Experience managing both field staff and project/job workflow.
· NSW Current Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Contractor licence.
· Current NSW Drivers Licence.
· Strong understanding of WHS requirements, compliance, and best practices.
· Experience using job management software and operational systems.
