About the role

Seeking experienced Aluminium Window & Door Installers/Glaziers, Trades Assistants and Glazier Apprentices welcome to apply. Labourers also needed and welcome to apply to join our installation teams in Sydney, NSW. This is a fulltime position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will receive full training, but typical tasks include:

• Installing aluminium window and door frames, door panels and sashes

• Setting out openings and preparing sites for installation

• Working on new builds, renovations and architectural projects

• Lifting and handling large glass panels using suction equipment

• Interpreting architectural/structural drawings

• Wet and dry glazing of aluminium windows, doors and skylights

• Working alongside builders, project managers and architects

Ideal Background

You may be:

• A carpenter looking for a specialised trade path

• A carpentry apprentice wanting a more secure, long-term career direction

• A tradesperson with strong practical/mechanical skills

• Someone who enjoys problem-solving and working on high-end custom builds

What We’re Looking For

• Carpentry skills or experience (TAFE or on-site)

• Good attention to detail

• Reliability and willingness to learn

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Current driver’s licence

• White Card

• Physically fit and able to lift 20kg+
