We are a national cleaning services company with over 5000 staff. Due to significant expansion and growth in Melbourne CBD we are currently seeking an Experienced Night Supervisor to join our team.
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations, leading site-based cleaning teams, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery are maintained.
You will work closely with Site Manager & Operation Managers to ensure contractual obligations, client expectations, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Supervise and support cleaning staff across allocated sites
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
Coordinate staff rosters, leave coverage, and shift allocations
Train, coach, and onboard new team members
Monitor cleaning performance and implement corrective actions where required
Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures
Manage stock levels, equipment, and consumable orders
Respond to client requests and resolve service issues promptly
Complete daily reporting requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment
Excellent communication and people management skills
Ability to motivate and develop cleaning teams
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Sound computer skills and experience using reporting systems
