ABOUT THE ROLE

Tired of working for a franchise with little room to move? Tyre and Wheel Solutions is an independent, privately owned tyre and wheel shop, and we're after an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our team in Brendale.

This isn't just another fitting bay job. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair tyres and wheels across the full range — passenger cars, 4WDs, sports cars, and luxury and performance vehicles

- Perform tyre mounting, balancing, and wheel alignments

- Carry out thorough inspections and recommend the right maintenance or replacement options

- Talk to customers, explain the work, and help build the relationships that keep them coming back

- Work with the team to get jobs done efficiently and on time

- Keep accurate records of all work completed

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

- Mentor junior fitters as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Tyre Fitter

- Proven skill fitting, repairing, and aligning passenger, 4WD, sports, and luxury vehicle tyres

- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using a range of tyre equipment

- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- A commitment to safety and working well in a team

- A friendly, enthusiastic, can-do attitude — and a genuine interest in talking to customers, because we want to help you grow into a front-of-house and sales role
