About the Role

Veale Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Parts Interpreter (API) to join our team in Malaga.

The API will play a crucial role in assisting customers with identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts and accessories. The role requires strong parts knowledge, a passion for the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills.

Veale Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Interpreter/Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a vital role in our stores, contributing to the success of our dynamic team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to all trades and retail customers who enter the store.

• Handling customer enquiries, inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and processing orders efficiently.

• Providing accurate pricing, availability and compatibility information to customers.

• Processing sales transactions and invoices, accurately.

• Recommending and locating automotive parts. 

• Completing occasional delivery runs to customers.

• Accurately picking and packing stock away.

• Developing & maintaining strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met.

 What we are looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar role dealing with car parts & trade customers.

• Passionate about cars, learning more about automotive parts and the automotive industry.

• A Manual driver’s license.

• Great attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Be available to work some Saturday mornings.
