THE ROLE

HTC Welding is looking for skilled individuals for rolling shut downs around the South West Region of WA.

We're looking for local:

• Boilermakers / Welders

• Fitters

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing (required)

• Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Qualification

• Current Australian Drivers Licence OR Reliable Transport

• Working at heights 

• Enter & Work in Confined Spaces 

• Construction Induction (White card)

• High Risk Work Licence

• Right to Work in Australia

• Experience in mining maintenance environments and field equipment maintenance competency.

• Ensuring adequate scoping of corrective work.

• Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, be self-motivated and show passion toward the equipment within the department.

• Local to South West WA or with Bunbury accommodation

DUTIES

• Mine site (as required), and yard maintenance works.

• Fabrication and on-site repairs

• Shut downs (around the South West region)

• Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on fixed and mobile plant to ensure efficient operation of the equipment.

• Troubleshooting and repairs to company equipment in line with manufacturers standards.

• Able to work in confined spaces and heights

• Asset inspections and reporting
