This role is based out of our Port Hedland Retail branch and reports directly into the Branch Manager you will be required to undertake a variety of different tasks on a daily basis to supply our Onsite business operations.

You will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, show a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining a safe workplace. This is a FIFO ex from Perth  - our Retail Branch (2 weeks on, 1 week off roster).

You don’t need truck or trailer knowledge to apply (however desirable) just bring your customer focus, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. We’ll provide the training and support to help you become a technical expert.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting day-to-day parts operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service in-store, by phone, and online
  • Assist customers with orders, quotes, and product enquiries (training provided)
  • Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Learn to identify the right trailer parts and solutions using our catalogues and systems
  • Build strong customer relationships while developing your technical product knowledge

About You

You're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll bring:

  • Strong communication and computer literacy skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • A commitment to health, safety, and teamwork
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
