MCL Commercial Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Mowing Operator to join our growing team.

We are an established commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance company servicing high-profile commercial properties across Perth. We take pride in presenting sites to a high standard and are looking for someone who values quality workmanship, professionalism, and teamwork.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced operator who is confident working independently and as part of a crew across a variety of commercial sites.

Your duties will include:

• Operating commercial cylinder mowers

• Operating edgers and brush cutters

• General mowing and turf presentation

• Whipper snipping and edging

• Site clean-up and presentation work

• Basic equipment maintenance and care

• Working efficiently while maintaining high standards

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Proven experience operating cylinder mowers

• Experience with edgers and brush cutters

• A strong eye for detail and site presentation

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

• Good communication and reliability

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Current driver’s licence (essential)

Highly regarded:

• HR licence

• Spray ticket

• Experience in commercial grounds maintenance

• Irrigation knowledge

• Experience on large turf or sports turf sites
