WILGA GROUP is a boutique landscape construction and horticultural company delivering some of Victoria's most unique and highly detailed outdoor environments.

We specialise in the design, construction and maintenance of premium residential landscapes, wineries, hobby farms, lifestyle properties and commercial landscapes throughout Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula, Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and surrounding regions.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Qualified Landscaper and/or Horticulturist to join our team on a full-time basis.

About The Role

This is not a volume landscaping position.

We are looking for a professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands attention to detail and enjoys creating landscapes that stand apart from the ordinary.

You will be involved in a diverse range of projects including:

• Landscape construction
• Advanced planting and horticultural works
• Irrigation installation and troubleshooting
• Stone, paving and edging works
• Retaining walls and structural landscaping
• Garden establishment and maintenance
• High-end residential and lifestyle property projects
• Project coordination and client interaction

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction and/or Horticulture
• Minimum 3 years industry experience
• Strong plant knowledge and horticultural understanding
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Current Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
• White Card (essential)
• Machinery experience highly regarded (Excavator, Bobcat, Skid Steer etc.)
• Irrigation experience highly regarded
