Fidato Services GC is part of the Fidato Services Group — "from rooftop to ground level, and everything in between." We deliver rope-access painting, coatings, remedial and building-maintenance work across the Gold Coast, and we're growing our local crew.
We're after IRATA rope access technicians at any level (L1, L2 or L3) to join our Gold Coast team. If you've got a head for heights and take pride in quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Rope access (abseiling) work on commercial and residential buildings
Painting, coating, surface preparation and building remediation at height
Building wash-downs, sealing and general height-access maintenance
Work safely as part of a crew under IRATA standards and site SWMS
What we're looking for
Current IRATA certification — any level (L1 / L2 / L3) (SPRAT accepted at equivalent level)
White Card (construction induction)
Physically fit, comfortable working at heights, reliable and safety-focused
Good team attitude and quality workmanship
Own tools an advantage (required at higher levels)
Preferred (not essential)
Previous experience painting buildings and in remediation work
Trade background (painting/coatings)
Higher IRATA levels and logged hours
What we offer
Competitive hourly rates based on your IRATA level and experience
Steady work with a busy Gold Coast pipeline
A supportive, safety-first crew and the chance to build your logged hours and progress (L1 → L2 → L3)
Pathway to full-time for the right people
How to apply
Hit Apply with your resume, your current IRATA level and ticket details, and any painting/remediation experience. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
Fidato is an equal-opportunity employer. We hire on skills, experience and attitude. All tickets/licences are verified before engagement.
