Are you a talented cabinet maker or shopfitter who enjoys variety, hands-on work, and seeing projects come to life?
At Finch Projects, we’re looking for a reliable, experienced tradesmen who want to take pride in creating high-end custom joinery – from workshop to installation.

The Role

You won’t be stuck doing the same thing every day. Your work will include:

• Manufacturing and assembling joinery in our factory

• Installing and fitting out projects on-site (residential + commercial)

• Reading and working from detailed plans/drawings

• Using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery

• Working independently and as part of a close-knit team to deliver quality craftsmanship

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• Trade qualified (Cert III Cabinet Making or equivalent)

• Confident with both factory work and site installations

• Able to read drawings and complete detailed joinery to a high standard

• Reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work

• Licensed to drive and White Card ready

• Equipped with your own tools

• Motivated and eager to work

(Extra points if you bring a positive attitude and enjoy solving problems on the go!)
