About The Role

We are seeking motivated and experienced Trade Assistants to join our production team in Bibra Lake. This isn't your average "laboring" job—you will be an integral part of constructing high-end, off-road modular camps.

We are looking for TAs who have a "multi-trade" mindset and enjoy a variety of tasks, from electrical rough-ins to final cabinetry assembly.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be working across the workshop to support our skilled trades, specifically:

• Cabinetry & Joinery: Supporting Cabinet Makers with the assembly and installation of interior fit-outs.

• Final Fix Carpentry: Working alongside Carpenters on the final installation of fixtures and fittings.

• Electrical Support: Assisting Electricians with cable runs, rough-ins, and mounting components.

• Workshop Operations: General assembly of modular units, operating power tools, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area.

• Environment: Working in a fast-paced but professional indoor workshop.

What We're Looking For

We hire based on experience and attitude. We are specifically interested in TAs with:

• Prior Trade Support Experience: Experience working with Electricians, Cabinet Makers, or Carpenters.

• Experience Requirements: Minimum 12 months of carpentry or trade assistant experience is required.

• Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and a team-first attitude.

• Full-Time Hours: Stable 10-hour days (9.5 hours paid) Monday to Friday.
