About the role

Join the growing team at Western Property Reports' as a casual Property Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of residential properties, ensuring they meet required standards and providing comprehensive reports to our clients. These include PCR's, Final Bond and Routine Inspections. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong attention to detail and property expertise within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone to carry out PCR's in the CBD & surrounding suburbs.

What you'll be doing

Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, assessing the condition of the premises and identifying any maintenance or cleaning issues
Photo documentation
Collecting keys from a clients offices

What we're looking for

Proven experience in property inspections, residential leasing or property management
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document property conditions accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of property management software and technology
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Must have reliable car, iPhone and ABN
Available to work at least 2 days per week
