Belle Plumbing is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and professional sales solutions.

This is not a construction role.

This is a premium residential maintenance position where you'll diagnose problems, provide customers with tailored solutions, and be rewarded with uncapped commission on top of your base wage.

The Role

As a Maintenance Plumber / Sales Technician, you will attend residential service calls throughout Adelaide, diagnose plumbing issues, and provide customers with professional solutions to meet their needs.

You will be responsible for:

• Blocked drains and CCTV inspections

• Leak detection and repairs

• Hot water system repairs and replacements

• Gas fitting and appliance installations

• General maintenance plumbing

• Providing clear options and recommendations to customers

• Preparing quotes and converting opportunities

• Maintaining accurate job notes and documentation

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience on every job

What We're Looking For

• Qualified plumber with current plumbing licence

• 3-5 years of post-qualification plumbing experience

• Residential maintenance plumbing experience preferred

• 1-2 years of maintenance plumbing experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to build rapport with customers

• Professional presentation

• Motivated to earn commission and maximise opportunities

• Current driver's licence

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
