GD Building & Carpentry is a small, family-run company specialising in renovations, additions, and custom home builds across Sydney. We’re passionate about quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and building a strong team culture. We’re looking for a motivated apprentice carpenter (1st, 2nd,3rd or 4th year) to join our crew. The ideal candidate is someone looking to grow within the company long term.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work and learn across a variety of residential carpentry and building tasks

• Work on high end renovations and custom new builds

• Get hands-on experience from start to finish of custom home builds

• Unpack and pack tools and materials, keep worksites clean and safe

• Support tradesmen and learn by doing so in a practical, team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

• 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentice carpenter

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

• Presentable, reliable, punctual, and proactive.

• Valid driver’s licence and own transport

• Basic tools (preferred, but not required depending on your experience)

• Must have required PPE

• Respects job sites and others.
