About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead end-to-end solar installations while supervising a small team across premium residential projects.

Reporting directly to the Management team, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing solar installations from start to completion
• Installing and commissioning solar and battery systems
• Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards
• Coordinating materials, workflow, and site requirements
• Providing high-quality customer service on residential projects
• Maintaining accurate documentation and installation records

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Accreditation in Solar And Battery Installation
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar installation
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication and customer service capability
