Our Pool Division is supported by a dedicated team of 30 professionals across servicing, valet and administration. Our Service and Valet teams work across Auckland's most exclusive residential properties, combining technical expertise with outstanding customer service to ensure our clients' pools and spas remain in exceptional condition year-round. 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Australian-based technician looking to advance their career while enjoying the benefits of living and working in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities 
• Service, maintain, and repair pool and spa systems 
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues 
• Provide outstanding customer service 
• Complete accurate service records and reports 
• Ensure safe handling of equipment and chemicals 
 
What We're Looking For 
• Experience servicing and maintaining pool and spa systems 
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills 
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities 
• Valid driver's license 
• Self-motivated and reliable attitude
