Join the growing team at Austspray Environmental, a leading provider of vegetation management and landscape maintenance services across South-East Queensland.
Based at the northern end of the Gold Coast, we specialise in weed control, landscape maintenance, natural areas management, and environmental restoration.

Our Landscape Maintenance teams work on large-scale commercial sites across multiple local government areas. Each day starts and finishes from our Stapylton depot, travelling to sites in company vehicles.

We’re looking for fit, motivated, and reliable people who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in doing a great job as part of a professional team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Garden maintenance and weed control in parks and public spaces

Roadside and centre median maintenance

Mulching, planting and landscape restoration works

Occasional landscape construction and improvement projects

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture

Confidence in safe herbicide and manual weed control techniques

White Card

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport to base

Highly Regarded (but Not Essential):

Cert III in Parks & Gardens, Horticulture or equivalent (or studying)

ACDC Licence

Level 2 Traffic Management

MR or HR driver’s licence

Chainsaw accreditation
