We are offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrical Supervisor to become part of our skilled and dedicated manufacturing team based at our new warehouse in St Marys.

About the opportunity:

This role as an Electrical Supervisor combines both hands-on electrical work and leadership responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting electrical production activities.

This role suits someone who enjoys being on the floor, working with their hands, and solving technical problems, while also leading a team, having workflow support, and driving quality outcomes across electrical operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Electrical engineers and supervise the team in creating and maintaining electrical schematics, diagrams and layouts for our locally manufactured product.

• Lead and support the development and maintenance of electrical schematics, diagrams, layouts, and BOMs for locally manufactured products.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and technical teams to ensure effective design, build, and implementation of electrical systems and panels.

• Contribute to the design, improvement, and innovation of electrical systems for refrigeration products.

• Provide hands-on support with manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of electrical system and component issues.

 

What you can bring:

• A current Electrical Licence (Qualified Supervisor and or Contractors) with qualifications recognised by the Department of Fair-Trading NSW.

• Experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or industrial electrical environments

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, control principles, theory and Australian Standards.

• Excellent communication and planning skills along with a collaborative and positive approach to teamwork.

• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical would be highly regarded.

• Knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and Teams.

• Willingness to work as part of a team and take on growth opportunities.

• Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
