About the role
Our client is expanding their NSW team and looking for inpsectors to cover Altona/Laverton inspection locations. As a Building & Pest Inspector, you’ll focus primarily on pre-purchase inspections—identifying defects, assessing compliance, and delivering detailed reports that safeguard property transactions.

As a Building & Pest Inspector, you’ll focus primarily on pre-purchase inspections—identifying defects, assessing compliance, and delivering detailed reports that safeguard property transactions.

- Produce clear, actionable inspection reports
- Inspect subfloors, roof cavities & external roofing areas
- Provide professional advice to clients
- Demonstrated experience in building and/or pest inspections
- NSW Builder’s Licence
- Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010) — or willingness to enrol
- Strong attention to detail & high-quality reporting skills
- Police clearance, valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
