Qualified Cabinet Maker Joinery Tradesperson – Kitchens & Wardrobes

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Joinery Factory Tradesperson to join our growing team in West Gosford. This is a full-time position within a busy kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing facility, producing high-quality custom kitchens, wardrobes, and associated cabinetry for residential and commercial projects.

The successful applicant will be a motivated tradesperson with strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble custom kitchens, wardrobes, and cabinetry components.

• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.

• Operate woodworking machinery, edge banders, panel saws, and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Cut, machine, assemble, and prepare joinery products to a high standard.

• Ensure all work meets quality and production standards.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe factory environment.

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines.

Skills & Experience Required

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery, or a related trade.

• Previous experience in a kitchen, wardrobe, or custom joinery manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and plans.

• Experience operating woodworking machinery and associated equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

• Current driver's licence.

• Experience operating CNC machinery.

• Forklift licence.
