About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Joinery Factory Tradesperson to join our growing team in West Gosford. This is a full-time position within a busy kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing facility, producing high-quality custom kitchens, wardrobes, and associated cabinetry for residential and commercial projects.
The successful applicant will be a motivated tradesperson with strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble custom kitchens, wardrobes, and cabinetry components.
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
Operate woodworking machinery, edge banders, panel saws, and power tools safely and efficiently.
Cut, machine, assemble, and prepare joinery products to a high standard.
Ensure all work meets quality and production standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe factory environment.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines.
Skills & Experience Required
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery, or a related trade.
Previous experience in a kitchen, wardrobe, or custom joinery manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and plans.
Experience operating woodworking machinery and associated equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Current driver's licence.
Experience operating CNC machinery.
Forklift licence.
