As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrician to join our Maintenance Team. The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our production equipment and plant systems.

This position operates on a rotating day and afternoon shift roster and includes participation in an on-call roster to provide after hours and weekend breakdown support as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out breakdown, preventative, and routine maintenance activities across the site.

• Perform repairs, servicing, and continuous improvement works on plant equipment.

• Update and improve preventative maintenance schedules and documentation.

• Support reliability, capital, and improvement projects.

• Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety (OH&S) and safe work practices.

• Assist with optimisation of plant performance and production efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with production, maintenance and quality assurance teams to minimise downtime.

About You

You are a safety focused and proactive Electrician with strong industrial maintenance experience and a passion for problem-solving.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current A Grade Electrical Licence.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in electrical maintenance.

• Experience with PLC platforms, SCADA, and HMI systems.

• Sound knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.

• Strong fault finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

• Strong commitment to safety and risk management.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

 

Desirable

• Experience within FMCG, dairy, food, or beverage manufacturing environments.

• Packaging equipment maintenance experience.

• Exposure to continuous improvement and reliability based maintenance practices.
