GPS Electrical Services, part of Sentra Group, is seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to support a major FMCG manufacturing facility in the Ipswich region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled maintenance team working within a fast-paced production environment, with guaranteed weekly hours and strong potential for ongoing work beyond the initial project period.

The Role

The role offers valuable exposure in a Flagship Meat Processing Site. You will be responsible for supporting site operations through preventative and reactive maintenance activities, fault finding, breakdown response and continuous improvement initiatives across a busy production facility.

• Industrial motors and drives

• Conveyors and production equipment

• PLC-controlled systems

• Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting

• Preventative maintenance programs

• Automation and control systems

What We're Looking For
We're interested in connecting with electricians who have::

• Current QLD A Grade Electrical License

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in industrial maintenance

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Experience working in manufacturing, processing or industrial environments

• PLC experience or exposure (advantageous)

• Ability to work day, afternoon or night shift

• Q Fever vaccination or willingness to obtain

• Comfort working within a meat processing environment
