We are a rapidly growing builder of high-quality granny flats and modular homes, delivering innovative housing solutions across Brisbane, and some regional work. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified and motivated Contractor Licenced Electrician to join our team.

This is a diverse role that combines onsite installation work with factory based electrical fit-outs, making it ideal for an electrician who enjoys variety, travel, and seeing projects through from construction to completion.

About the Role

Working as part of our construction and production team, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations and fit-outs on granny flats and modular buildings both within our manufacturing facility and at customer sites, so a willingness to travel is necessary.

You will work closely with builders, project managers, and other trades to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete electrical rough-in and fit-off works for granny flats and modular homes

• Install electrical systems including lighting, power circuits, smoke alarms, hot water systems

• Read and interpret construction drawings and electrical plans

• Conduct testing, fault finding, and commissioning of completed installations

• Travel to various project sites for installation and connection works

• Assist with electrical fit-outs within the manufacturing facility

• Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards and safety regulations

• Maintain accurate documentation and job records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Contractor's Electrical Licence (essential)

• Proven residential electrical experience

• Strong knowledge of Australian electrical codes and standards

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and construction plans

• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Current Driver's Licence

• White Card (or ability to obtain)

• Police check or willing to obtain one.
