ABW Group is expanding in Mildura and looking for reliable, skilled plumbers and apprentices to join our team. If you want consistent local work, strong pay, and a supportive crew, we want to hear from you.


Positions Available

· General Maintenance Plumber (1 position)

· Mechanical Plumbers (2 positions)

· Apprentice Plumbers (All years encouraged to apply)


About the Role

Working across Mildura and surrounding areas, you'll handle a mix of installation and maintenance work across residential, commercial, and mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Installation of plumbing systems

· Maintenance, repairs, and servicing

· Mechanical plumbing tasks (for mechanical roles)

· Fault finding and problem-solving

· Delivering high-quality workmanship

· Working independently and within a team


Skills & Experience

· Qualified plumber or current apprentice

· Experience in maintenance or mechanical plumbing (for licensed roles)

· Strong work ethic and reliability

· Good communication skills

· Relevant licences/tickets (where applicable)

· Driver's licence preferred

· $40 – $50 per hour (based on experience and licences)
